A Kansas native, Janice Wright is a results driven visionary with over two decades of experience achieving significant program and personal development goals. Versed in revitalizing strategies and managing staffing demands to meet a wide variety of challenges including program diversification, adaptation and efficiency Janice has strong growth and development skill sets in the areas of coaching, leadership and team development, strategy implementation and processes that help to position organizations for success. Adept at working inter-organizationally and with multiple organizations, building partnerships and discovering opportunities for collaboration; all in support of accomplishing organizational objectives. Her background in budgeting and program management, cross-organizational project planning and management will make her an invaluable asset to you.

A Friends University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts, Criminal Justice degree - her formal education is informed by over 18 years’ of professional experience in the nonprofit field, with 15 years of program management experience building successful child, youth and young adult serving programs. Her diverse experience within the nonprofit services field also includes a strong background in program design, planning, implementation, oversight and evaluation. Well versed in the areas of partnerships & collaborations Janice understands the value of intentional relationships to build strong communities for our children and youth. As well Janice understands the importance of culture and creating spaces that are accepting and welcoming of all life experiences.
